I was feeling really lost and hopeless, struggling with my depression and a pattern of repeated failed relationships. I had tried so many things to feel better, but nothing seemed to work. That's when I met Rizwana, a trauma therapist specialising in EMDR.

At first, I was really hesitant to open up to her. But as we began to talk, I realized that she was a warm and caring person who truly wanted to help me. Over several sessions, Rizwana used her skills and expertise to help me explore my past traumas and negative beliefs fueling my depression and relationship patterns.

As we worked together, I began to feel more and more hopeful. Rizwana helped me make new connections between my past experiences and my current struggles, and she taught me valuable tools to help me cope with difficult emotions and triggers.

I felt like I was finally making progress, and it was all thanks to Rizwana's guidance and support and, of course, my commitment and motivation to want to have a second chance at living life on my terms.

But it wasn't just about the techniques or the therapy sessions. Rizwana took the time to get to know me as a person. She was genuinely interested in my story, and she showed me that she cared about my well-being both inside and outside of our session but my ally andtherapist; she was my ally and my friend.

As our work together came to a close, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

I was no longer defined by my depression or relationship patterns, and I was excited to move forward with a new sense of hope and purpose.

Rizwana helped me get to this point, and I was grateful for the transformative experience we shared.
